The Done In A Day consultation is the critical first step to ensure a successful outcome. 

The consultation, a virtual or local on-site assessment of both structure and property, will provide a custom, step-by-step action plan. A contract with timelines, services, and associated costs is created following this meeting. Many homeowners feel focused, empowered and prepared enough with our professional, detailed action plan, that they choose to complete the work on their own without needing the additional services we offer in person or online.

The consultation fee is $400.00 and is not applied to the project cost. For move-only consultations, the fee is waived.
